Our Programs & Classes

Members of a full service health club have many reasons for their interest in this type of facility. Some are drawn to the physical fitness or weight-loss advantages. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives.

Cardio Combo
An exciting low/moderate impact and moderate/high intensity workout to increase your muscular and cardiovascular strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility. If you want to have fun and get an incredible workout while improving your fitness level, this class is for you. This class includes easy to follow and high-energy steps with athletic movements and added resistance. You get to workout at your own pace - excellent for all fitness levels.


Flow Yoga
A moderately paced yoga class for everybody. The class focuses on strength, flexibility and balance. Emphasis is also placed on breathing, proper alignment and relaxation. To learn more about yoga click here.


Gentle Yoga
This class is suitable for all, especially for people new to yoga. Yoga postures and breathing techniques are introduced slowly and gradually. Chair can be used. 45 minutes. To learn more about yoga click here.


Healthy Bones For Life
This 30-minute wellness program will teach you what to do to help prevent bone loss and how to do it. Cardiovascular and weight training machines, free-weights, and body weight exercises will be used to help strengthen those bones and muscles.


Healthy Hearts For Life
This 60-minute wellness program will put you on your way toward prevention of heart disease and the events that occur because of it. Cardiovascular and weight training machines, free-weights, and body weight exercises will be used.


Heart and Soul
FUN! FUN! FUN! Come learn some steps put to music. This hour-long class begins with a five-minute warm-up then gradually elevates your heart rate for 20 minutes. After a standing cool-down the lower body strengthening is done on the floor followed by stretching to end with.


Morning Yoga
This class is a total mind-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. The class focuses on improving flexibility, functional strength, balance and relaxation. 60 minutes. To learn more about yoga click here.


Personal Touch
This 45-minute wellness program is highly supervised and is for members who simply want that personal touch during exercise. So, if you think you need extra special care on the fitness floor, this program is for you!


Strength & Stretch
A 30-minute class with emphasis on increasing strength, muscle tone, and flexibility. Free weights, resist-a-bands, and/or dynaballs may be used. All exercisers welcome. To learn more about strength exercises click here.


Weekend Yoga
